Hektor

Hektor is a CIMSPA-registered personal trainer passionate about helping people become fitter, stronger, and healthier. He works with you to identify your goals, areas of strength, and limitations. He then builds and leads you through a personalised workout plan that will improve your fitness, confidence, and well-being.

All sessions and workout programs include a combination of training for strength, stamina, balance and flexibility, tailored to fit your individual needs – so that you can have confidence in your body in any situation, and no matter what fitness level you’re starting from.

Zoe

Zoe is an APPI qualified mat Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people look after their mental and physical wellbeing. Pilates and relaxation combined, Reimagined Pilates classes will leave you feeling relaxed, empowered and strong in your mind and body.
These classes are suitable for all levels, so even if you’ve never done Pilates before, you can book on and feel the amazing benefits of movement for your mind and body.

Zoe’s goal is to help you learn how to prioritise yourself through Pilates and relaxation and create a community of like-minded people who want to look after themselves better.

Ruth

With 25 years of training, practice and experience in the complete Traditional Chinese Medicine and Zen healing systems, Ruth’s passion is to teach and support people to gain clarity on their own inner calming and healing abilities.

Her classes will give you a wealth of straightforward, convenient, natural wellbeing practices from the therapeutic TCM system.

Ruth is also an intuitive coach, compassionately supporting and guiding you to overcome mental and health obstacles to create a life that’s truly meaningful for you.

Deep Relaxation Multi-Sensory sessions:
Experience a wide range of deeply relaxing, mindful modalities in this 90 minute multi-sensory immersion session. Release the worries of the week, ready for the weekend.
